Multi-axis welding enables digital positioning welding for multiple parts of complex structures. The welding process runs smoothly, the welding path is accurate, and the WSX laser welding head is used for the core welding. The internal design of the product features cleverness.
The innovative mechanical design of the Automatic fiber laser welding machine uses precision screw drive and an interactive control system, which expands the tolerance range of processed parts and the width of weld seams. It solves the disadvantage of small spot size, resulting in better weld seam formation. The machine is equipped with a CCD visual system to monitor the welding effect in real-time, making it easy to operate with high welding efficiency. The weld seam is beautiful and there is no need for post-weld grinding.
