The JL-M100W Co2 laser marking machine uses a 100W Co2 glass laser, which is a mid-infrared metal laser with a wavelength of 10.6 microns. When the laser engraving machine is working, the laser tube produces a high-speed laser beam. By expanding, focusing, and deflecting the laser beam with a current meter, the laser engraving machine can mark along the desired trajectory on the surface of the processed material, achieving the desired engraving effect.
This machine can be equipped with an 80-130W laser tube and has a working area of 100-400mm. The laser marking system used by JL-M100W Co2 is compatible with formats such as Coreldraw, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and supports files such as PLT/PCX/DXF/BMP, as well as using SHX and TTF fonts. It also supports automatic coding, printing serial numbers, batch numbers, dates, barcodes, QR codes, and other applicable materials. The machine is stable and reliable, with flexible and simple CO2-RF operation, achieving high-speed drilling, cutting, and marking functions.
